Magic Line In

I'm excited to tell you that Magic is in at Everything Scrapp'n I've been eagerly awaiting this line to come in. It is one of the most "Disney" looking lines I've seen in a while. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and I hope that I'm able to bring you some examples of this product very very soon.

Holidays!

Hello all!

I just wanted to stop in and talk about my holiday a bit. I had so much going on and it was great. It was just a small family gathering with the hubby, kids and my parents. I also had the sale at the store going on and cooking in the kitchen. I love to bake. My son insist that he have a pumpkin pie and my daughter wanted apple so my husband instructed me to cook them the night before so that they could set.

OK OK I know - the apple pie looks bad. The brown sugar clumped up. So that is the night before. Now for the big day. OMG do I love cooking a southern Thanksgiving. I made stuffing, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, and green beans. My hubby took care of the homemade cranberry sauce, vegetable casserole, candied sweet potatoes, and he fried the turkey.

Now that it is all cooked - we eat! Duh right? Well Todd had a blast stuff'n his plate (twice since he forgot the cranberry sauce) He is also not the photographer of the family.

After all this I took a break on the couch, watched some football and then started packaging ALL those great orders ya'll sent my way!!! The rest of the weekend was pretty wet but super busy. It was quite a site to see me running in the rain to pack boxes and keep all the stuff dry.

Thanks to all of my great customers! You made my Thanksgiving weekend AWESOME. I hope to get some scrapp'n in really soon and bring you something other than updates on my life and what is coming in at the store.

Scrapbooking Recipes

With the holidays coming so fast we need more hours in our day. One way I've found to help is quick and easy meals. Here is one that I love to use when I have a full day.

Lazy Log Cabin Casserole:

1lb stew meat cubed
1 can of Cream of Celery
1 can of Cram of Mushroom
1 packet of Beef Onion Soup (I don't use this. I just add salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried minced onions but I'm an eye ball cook)
Toss all this in the crock pot together give it a stir put it on low and cook it for 6 - 8 hours. Home cooked meal with just a few moments prep. Put a salad bag with it and your hubby can't be upset that there isn't a home cooked meal on the table.
