Some Love Elsie Goodness
Happy Sunday to you all!
Do you love the Elsie line but think to yourself...I don't go camping...I DONT do the outdoors?! Yeah, my idea of roughing it is a Motel 6 {Ick!} but being the addict I am I just had to have the Elsie Forrest line. Here's a fantastic example of how you can use it without it necessarily being an outdoorsy layout.
I used:
Forrest Bonfire Paper
Forrest Outdoors
Forrest Shapes
Forrest Trinkets
Rain Dots in Black
Black Diamond Stickles
KI Memories Driven Papers
Twine
Eyelets
Junkits Transparency Ribbons
Misc Letters
I just adore the way it came out...and how sad am I sending my little man off to Middle School tomorrow morning for the first time!
That's all for now! I hope I've inspired you to start Scrappn' and don't forget free shipping on orders of $24 and a sweet discount on some great back to school products.

Scrapbooking Recipes
With the holidays coming so fast we need more hours in our day. One way I've found to help is quick and easy meals. Here is one that I love to use when I have a full day.
Lazy Log Cabin Casserole:
1lb stew meat cubed
1 can of Cream of Celery
1 can of Cram of Mushroom
1 packet of Beef Onion Soup (I don't use this. I just add salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried minced onions but I'm an eye ball cook)
Toss all this in the crock pot together give it a stir put it on low and cook it for 6 - 8 hours. Home cooked meal with just a few moments prep. Put a salad bag with it and your hubby can't be upset that there isn't a home cooked meal on the table.
Do you have a quick recipe? email me hgturner@everythingscrappn.com

Girl I'm so glad you posted that! I love it. I am one of those who didn't even think of using it because I'm not a camper. LOVE IT!
