More Layouts

Ok I've found some more time to get on the computer.

As you can see in this picture that my new software and I have not yet come to an agreement on it working well for me LOL. I could never be digital scrapper just because I don't work well with software. Ok anyway on to these layouts

This layout in again on two of Hambly's overlays. The bottom overlay is Grandma's Wallpaper in antique white. Over that is the swirly one that for the moment it's name escapes me. I thought is just have a classic look. It actually happened on accident when I was pulling product for this page. I laid these overlays on top of each other as I was searching for the brick and the circles and I looked down and new I had a page! The pictures are printed in both black and white and in altered color. The three photo's on the left were printed with the white border the one to the right I had to add it with white paper because Wal-mart had an issue.

Sorry this one is blurry. I love this paper. I was excited that I was able to pull some of my old paper and make use of it. The accents are from the store. I used Heidi Swapp's Bling Variety frames clear in the top right corner and I used prima swirl jewels in the left corner. I also used the cricut expressions for the shapes and frames of pink paper.

This is the first of this above two page layout. I used the girl figure for my journaling. She looked a little blah by herself. Again the cricut expressions was used for the frames. I personally love not accurately lining up the pictures and the frames. Also petaloo flower with a Heidi Swapp puff center.

Love how you paired those hambly overlays together. To take better photos take them during the day, in your garage (with the door open). Try and make sure it looks as square as possible as you take the photo.

Scrapbooking Recipes

With the holidays coming so fast we need more hours in our day. One way I've found to help is quick and easy meals. Here is one that I love to use when I have a full day.

Lazy Log Cabin Casserole:

1lb stew meat cubed
1 can of Cream of Celery
1 can of Cram of Mushroom
1 packet of Beef Onion Soup (I don't use this. I just add salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried minced onions but I'm an eye ball cook)
Toss all this in the crock pot together give it a stir put it on low and cook it for 6 - 8 hours. Home cooked meal with just a few moments prep. Put a salad bag with it and your hubby can't be upset that there isn't a home cooked meal on the table.
